Back The Little Pipsqueak

Last Updated: December 9, 2019

The gun was pointed right at me! If I had to guess, I would soon have a hole in the left side of my skull and probably nothing left on the right side. A week or two before that minute, I might not have cared, but just then, I was willing to do whatever it took to save what love I still had. Right then, I did still care. My reasoning for sparing another human that was out to hurt someone close to me, to say nothing of me, quickly dissipated and I resolved to end that confrontation immediately. I was not about to lose someone else so close to me, someone that I had grown to love and cherish. So, I did the only thing I could think of at the time . . . exactly what the young man with the gun in the next truck wanted:

A race to the death!
